As a Customer Success Manager at Mercanis, your mission is to lead transformative onboarding experiences, turning strategic visions into operational excellence. Your Responsibilities on this role

Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the implementation and onboarding process with the customer, building a lasting business relationship and driving value and digitalisation for their organisation.
Bridge between Strategy and Transformation: Collaborate directly with senior industry executives to translate strategic visions into actionable solutions, working closely with our product and team teams.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring world-class execution and governance. Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to handle complex tasks, keep all moving parts aligned and deliver results efficiently.
Customer Loyalty and Growth: Lead the post-sales engagement, retention and growth of your customers, working closely with our Account Executives.
Recognising Opportunities: Identify opportunities, drive business results and ensure client objectives are met.
Success Stories: Turn your customer projects into success stories, coordinating marketing projects with our Marketing & Growth team.

Role requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top university.
Customer-Centric Experience: Proven experience in consulting, customer success, account management, or sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Team Player: Skilled in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Executive Communication: Confident in engaging with senior executives, especially in procurement and related functions.
Digital Transformation Expertise: Prior experience in digitalisation projects or enterprise software implementation.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.

Deine Mission - Du bist die Stimme unserer Kunden und unterstützt sie bei ihrer digitalen Beschaffungsstrategie. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Produkt-, Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Gründerteam zusammen, um nachhaltigen Erfolg zu sichern.

Deine Rolle:

Onboarding und Implementierung: Du führst den gesamten Implementierungsprozess mit unseren Kunden durch, etablierst eine langfristige Partnerschaft und trägst maßgeblich zur Digitalisierung ihrer Beschaffung bei.
Brücke zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung: Du transformierst die strategischen Visionen unserer Kunden in konkrete Lösungen in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Executives aus der Industrie und arbeitest dabei Hand in Hand mit unserem Produkt- und Techteam.
Projektmanagement: Du koordinierst mehrere Projekte parallel, stellst eine herausragende Umsetzung sicher und meisterst komplexe Herausforderungen mit erstklassigen Projektmanagement-Skills.
Kundenbindung und Wachstum: Du treibst die Kundenentwicklung nach dem Sales Prozess voran und arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Executives zusammen, um weiteres Wachstum zu fördern.

Dein Profil

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

Akademischer Hintergrund: Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss von einer erstklassigen Universität.
Erfahrung und Kundenfokus: Du bringst Erfahrung in Beratung, Customer Success, Account Management oder Sales mit und hast ein ausgeprägtes kundenorientiertes Mindset.
Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und bringst dich aktiv ein.
Digitalisierungsexpertise: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten oder Software-Implementierungen bei Unternehmenskunden gesammelt.
Einkaufserfahrung ist ein plus
Sprachliche Fähigkeiten: Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
