Own the entire recruitment process– from posting job ads and actively sourcing candidates to managing interviews and closing offers.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and inspire the right talent for Mercanis.
Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through active sourcing and relationship building in relevant networks.
Continuously optimize our processes and contribute your ideas to make Mercanis an even more attractive employer.

Your profile

Your Profile

You have a degree or equivalent training and have already gained experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
You bring experience in active sourcing and direct outreach and are confident communicating on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
You are empathetic, a strong communicator, and know how to inspire people with a vision.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner while managing multiple processes simultaneously.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Als Talent Acquisition Spezialist:in bei Mercanis gestaltest du aktiv unser Wachstum, indem du die besten Talente für unsere Mission begeisterst und gewinnst. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kandidat:innen und prägst mit deinem Engagement und deiner Kommunikation den ersten Eindruck von Mercanis.

Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen, liebst Recruiting und willst in einer dynamischen SaaS-Umgebung echten Impact haben? Dann ist das deine Chance, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Mercanis aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Schlüsselrolle

Steuere den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: von der Stellenausschreibung über die aktive Ansprache bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.
Führe Interviews und Assessments durch, um die passenden Talente für Mercanis zu identifizieren und zu begeistern.
Baue einen nachhaltigen Talent-Pipeline auf durch aktives Sourcing und Beziehungspflege in relevanten Netzwerken.
Optimiere kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse und bringe eigene Ideen ein, wie wir als Arbeitgeber noch attraktiver werden können.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bereits Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Talent Acquisition gesammelt, idealerweise im Tech- oder Startup-Umfeld.
Du bringst Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und der Direktansprache mit und bist sicher in der Kommunikation auf LinkedIn und anderen relevanten Kanälen.
Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und schaffst es, Menschen für eine Vision zu begeistern.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Prozessen den Überblick.
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
