Bei Mercanis entwickeln wir die Agentic AI Procurement Suite, die die Beschaffung von morgen digital, transparent und intelligent macht.
Wir suchen einen Technical Account oder Product Manager für Integrationen, der unsere Technologie mit den Unternehmenssystemen verbindet, die die globale Beschaffung unterstützen. In dieser Rolle definieren und verantworten Sie die Strategie für die Integration von Mercanis in Systeme wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba und andere Plattformen von Drittanbietern.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technologie und stellst sicher, dass unsere Integrationen robust und sicher sind und unseren Kunden einen messbaren Mehrwert bieten. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Unternehmenskunden und internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um komplexe technische Anforderungen in klare Produkt-Roadmaps und erfolgreiche Implementierungen umzusetzen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

Du übernimmst die Produktvision für Integrationen und definierst, wie Mercanis sich in Enterprise-Procurement-Ökosysteme wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba und Coupa einbindet.
Du übersetzt Geschäfts- und Kundenanforderungen in klare Spezifikationen, sodass unsere Engineering-Teams zuverlässige und skalierbare APIs entwickeln können.
Du arbeitest direkt mit Enterprise-Kunden und Partnern zusammen und entwirfst Integrationslösungen, die zu ihrer Infrastruktur, ihren Datenstrukturen und Workflows passen.
Du definierst und pflegst Standards für Datenflüsse, um Genauigkeit, Konsistenz und Sicherheit über alle Systeme hinweg sicherzustellen.
Du analysierst die Performance und Nutzungsmuster der Integrationen, um Optimierungspotenziale und Verbesserungen der Developer Experience zu identifizieren.
Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit Product, Engineering und Customer Success zusammen, um Prioritäten zu setzen, Abhängigkeiten zu managen und eine termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen.
Du trägst zur internen Dokumentation und Prozessgestaltung bei und sorgst für Klarheit und Effizienz in der Entwicklung, dem Testen und der Wartung von Integrationen.

Dein Profil

Du hast 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung im Technical Account Management, Product Management, Solution Engineering oder in der Systemintegration, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Enterprise-Software-Umfeld.
Du hast Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Systemen wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba oder Coupa, einschließlich der zugehörigen Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenmanagementprozesse.
Du kannst komplexe technische Konzepte in konkrete Anforderungen übersetzen und effektiv sowohl mit Engineers als auch mit Business-Stakeholdern kommunizieren.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Enterprise-Kunden oder technischen Partnern, um Integrationen zu definieren, umzusetzen und zu betreiben.
Du bringst starke analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit, mit Fokus auf skalierbare, zuverlässige und wartbare Lösungen.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein kooperatives Mindset und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Your mission at Mercanis

At Mercanis, we are building the Agentic AI Procurement Suite that powers the procurement of tomorrow, digital, transparent, and intelligent.
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for Integrations who will connect our technology with the enterprise systems that support global procurement. In this role, you will define and own the strategy for how Mercanis integrates with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and other third-party platforms.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring that our integrations are robust, secure, and deliver measurable value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps and successful implementations.

Your Responsibilities on this role

You will own the product vision for integrations, defining how Mercanis connects to enterprise procurement ecosystems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Coupa.
You will translate business and customer requirements into clear technical specifications, enabling our engineering teams to build reliable and scalable APIs.
You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients and partners, designing integration solutions that fit their infrastructure, data structures, and workflows.
You will define and maintain data flow standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
You will analyze integration performance and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved developer experience.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
You will contribute to internal documentation and processes, creating clarity and efficiency in how integrations are designed, tested, and maintained.

Role requirements

5–8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solution Engineering, or Systems Integration, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
A solid understanding of API design principles, data exchange standards (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), and modern integration architectures
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or Coupa, including procurement and supplier management processes
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements and communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders
Experience working with enterprise clients or technical partners to scope, deliver, and maintain integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Fluency in German and English
A valid work permit for Germany

Tech context you’ll work within

Integration Technologies: REST APIs, webhooks, iPaaS and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier)
ERP & Procurement Systems: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle
Infrastructure: AWS and a modern, microservices-based SaaS architecture
Data Management: PostgreSQL and related enterprise data exchange mechanisms
